NanoMem® is an expert in ceramic membranes for separation and reaction; we provide the filtration membrane to meet various specific requirements. The annual production of our factory is one million square meters.
The factory is located in Huahuai, Anhui province. And the sales center is in Suzhou, Jiangsu province. NanoMem® is our brand positioned as a “plate-type ceramic film contributor”, mastering fine ceramic processing technology, producing multiple specifications of plate ceramic filter, and providing partial sewage treatment and environmental dispute resolution based on hydrophilic plate ceramic filter.
In the conventional activated sludge system (CASS), effluent quality depends on the condition of the final clarifier. Many of sewage have different characteristics and need require unique process design.
With 30 years of experience in MBR researching and engineering, as the ceramic filtration membrane sheet have shown the advantage on efficient water purification. Replacing a CASS with a NanoMem® MBR System can reduce effluent TSS and allow for a higher Solids Retention Time (SRT). A lower effluent TSS concentration and higher SRT can result in improved Total Nitrogen (TN) removal and a more stable operation.
